In today’s episode, we discussed what it takes to make it in business or as an entrepreneur. It’s important to start with a proper foundation, developing the strategies, and implementing best practices early to avoid failure during trying times.
Sean talked about the importance of the transformational moments that shape our lives, which have created so many businesses and organizations that thrive. He shared his secrets for not only avoiding failure but also to overcome stress and anxiety that so many people are facing today.
Sean shares his personal story and the transformation that led him to where he is today with multiple streams of income and a successful business that’s thriving when others are faced with having to close their doors.
We also talked a little about who his ideal guests would be for his show and the 1 gues that would change the game. (Hint: It’s Sean Connery) and the 1 Question that we think everybody would love to hear answered by Simon Sinek.
Business leaders must be able to embrace change, they need to establish early money-making activities they should be involved with daily to drive growth and how to determine what needs to get outsourced. They also need to consider the transformation they are selling and clearly identifying the problems they are solving with their business.
Finally, Sean shares the one thing that has helped him and many of the leaders he’s worked with find motivation when they are faced with anxiety, fear or other obstacles standing in their way.
